Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that processing

time may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or due to high order volume. Each

product is handmade with love and care.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard shipping within the United States via USPS or other reputable

carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order

weight.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after processing. Please understand

that shipping delays can occur that are outside of our control, especially during peak

seasons.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking

information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. However, if

you encounter an issue, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can

assist you and file a claim if needed.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not

responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by
